The MIPA H5 2K Extra Fast Hardener is a high-performance hardener for 2K acrylic systems , primarily designed for colder conditions. It accelerates drying times for 2K coatings, making it ideal for winter use.

Usage Instructions:

1. Mixing Ratio :

   • Mix the hardener with the 2K acrylic filler or paint as per the manufacturer's recommended ratio, which is generally around 2:1 or 4:1 (check the specific product data sheet for the exact ratio).

2. Application :

   • Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
   • Apply with a spray gun, maintaining recommended spray distance and pressure.

3. Drying Time :

   • In colder temperatures, the extra fast hardener allows for quicker curing.
   • Typically, flash-off time (dry to the touch) may be around 10-15 minutes .
   • Complete drying for sanding may take 30-45 minutes depending on room temperature.

4. Sanding and Recoating :

   • After drying, the filler can be sanded and recoated.
   • Make sure surfaces are thoroughly dry to avoid adhesion issues with further coats.

5. Storage :

   • Store in a cool, dry place and tightly seal the container after each use.
