Application Instructions:

✔ Surface Preparation:

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease, wax, or contaminants .
  ✔ Mixing & Thinning:
• Mix 2 parts CS95 Clear Coat with 1 part SR10 Hardener .
• If necessary, thin with MIPA thinner (up to 10% for better flow).
  ✔ Spray Application:
• Use a spray gun with a 1.2mm - 1.4mm nozzle .
• Apply 2-3 coats , allowing 5-10 minutes flash-off time between coats .
  ✔ Drying & Curing:
• Air-dry at 20°C : Touch dry in 2-3 hours | Fully cured in 24 hours .
• Accelerated drying at 60°C : Fully cured in 30-40 minutes .
  ✔ Final Finish:
• After full curing, polish if necessary for an even deeper gloss .
