When combined with H5120 fast hardener, it forms a 7.5L kit designed for efficient use in body shops or vehicle repair environments. Here's a general usage guide:

Surface Preparation:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly from dust, oil, or old coatings.
2. Sand the surface as needed to ensure good adhesion.
3. Remove dust using a tack cloth or compressed air.

Mixing Ratio:

• NOVOL NOVAKRYL 590 : 5 parts by volume.
• H5120 Fast Hardener : 1 part by volume.
• Thinner (if needed) : Up to 10-20% to adjust sprayability (usually recommended for large areas or high temperatures).

Application Process:

1. Stir well after mixing the lacquer and hardener to ensure uniformity.
2. Use a spray gun (typically 1.2-1.4 mm nozzle) and apply 2-3 medium coats .
   • Flash time between coats : ~10-15 minutes at 20°C.
   • Ensure even coverage, and avoid runs or sags by controlling the spraying distance and speed.

Drying Time:

• Touch dry : ~30 minutes at 20°C.
• Hard dry : ~12 hours at 20°C or 40 minutes at 60°C (oven curing).
• Once fully cured, it can be sanded and polished.

Polishing:

If necessary, polishing can be done after 24 hours of curing for an extra high gloss finish. Use fine polishing compounds and follow with a finishing polish.
