Preparation:

2. Mixing Ratio:
   • Mix 2 parts CT60 Clearcoat with 1 part HT60 hardener.
   • If required, you can add up to 5-10% thinner/reducer to adjust viscosity based on spraying conditions.

Application:

1. Spray Gun Setup:

   • Use a spray gun with a nozzle size between 1.3 mm - 1.4 mm.
   • Adjust air pressure to around 2.0-2.5 bar (30-36 psi) for an HVLP gun or per manufacturer’s recommendations.

2. Coats:

   • Apply 2-3 coats of clear, allowing for flash-off time (5-10 minutes) between coats depending on ambient temperature and humidity.

Drying:

1. Air Drying:

   • Tack-free within 15-30 minutes depending on the temperature.
   • Ready for handling within 6-8 hours.

2. Forced Drying (Baking):

   • Can be baked at 60°C for 20-30 minutes for quicker curing.

3. Polishing:

   • Allow at least 24 hours air dry or after 1 hour post-baking before cutting and polishing.
