1. Preparation:

2. Mixing Ratio:

• 2 parts CT50 Clearcoat (1 liter of clearcoat)
• 1 part HT51 Hardener (0.5 liter of hardener)
• Optionally, a 5-10% thinner can be added depending on your spray application method and environmental conditions.

3. Application:

• Apply with a spray gun at a pressure of about 25-30 psi (1.7-2.0 bar).
• Apply 2 to 3 medium wet coats, allowing 5-10 minutes of flash-off time between coats, depending on the ambient temperature.

4. Drying Time:

• Dust free: 10-15 minutes.
• Tack-free: 20-30 minutes.
• Full cure: 24 hours at 20°C.
• Baking can accelerate curing. Bake at 60°C for 20-30 minutes for faster results.

5. Polishing:

• Once fully cured, the surface can be sanded and polished to achieve the desired level of gloss.
