Application Instructions:

✔ Surface Preparation:

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or contaminants .
• Sand and prime if necessary before applying the basecoat.
  ✔ Mixing & Thinning:
• Mix in a 2:1 ratio with MIPA basecoat thinner (refer to technical data sheet for precise adjustments).
  ✔ Spray Application:
• Use a spray gun with a 1.3-1.4mm nozzle at 2.0-2.5 bar pressure .
• Apply in thin, even layers , allowing 10-15 minutes flash-off between coats.
  ✔ Clearcoat Application:
• Once dry, overcoat with MIPA 2K clearcoat to seal the metallic effect and enhance gloss and durability.
