Mipa Therm Black Heat Resistant Paint is designed for use on surfaces exposed to high temperatures, such as exhaust systems, engine components, and other automotive parts. Here are the general usage instructions:

Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation:

   • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of rust, grease, and dust. Use a suitable cleaner or solvent if necessary.
   • If you're painting over existing paint, it’s advisable to sand the surface lightly to promote adhesion.

2. Shake Well:

   • Shake the aerosol can vigorously for about 2-3 minutes before use. This helps to mix the contents thoroughly.

3. Application:

   • Hold the can about 25-30 cm (10-12 inches) away from the surface.
   • Spray in even strokes, overlapping each pass slightly for uniform coverage.
   • Apply multiple thin coats instead of one thick coat to prevent drips and ensure proper drying.

4. Drying:

   • Allow each coat to dry for about 10-15 minutes before applying the next.
   • Full curing may take up to 24 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.

5. Reapplication:

   • If necessary, you can apply additional coats after the initial curing time. Always ensure the previous coat is dry before applying the next.

6. Clean-Up:

   • Clean the nozzle after use by turning the can upside down and spraying until only propellant comes out. This prevents clogging.
